At Virtual Build, we integrate earlier and more accurate analytical feedback through our use of BIM for value engineer projects. It has resulted for us in a direct benefit for all parties involed. On our projects with Lennar Homebuilders, we used the BIM's HVAC clash detection feature to model duct work with structure and plumbing to identify any potential clashes prior to completion of design drawings.

Check out some of the direct BIM benefits for new project construction including the innovative clash detection feature on our website at: http://www.virtualbuild.com/bim_benefits.html
